TEBEA® Balcony Connectors are designed for cantilevered reinforced concrete structures. It ensures an efficient load transfer from connecting structures to a slab or a wall while guaranteeing thermal separation.
TEBEA® Balcony Connector is a high-performance thermal break element that prevents thermal bridges and structural damage. TEBEA® enhances energy efficiency and sustainability of buildings, offering a product range with various load-bearing capacities. Its modular design allows for different lengths and arrangements, making it versatile for many applications.
TEBEA® comes with 120 mm insulation thickness, exclusively using stone wool. This non-combustible insulation eliminates the need for additional fire protection measures, providing protection for all load-bearing components. TEBEA® Balcony Connector meets the requirements for fire barriers.
The TEBEA® CM variant offers additional impact sound insulation and is easy to install. Its flexible use allows it to be combined with precast concrete slabs or hollow core slabs. Additionally, TEBEA® Balcony Connector can create synergies with other Peikko products, such as balconies with DELTABEAM® applications.

Types of TEBEA® Balcony Connectors with designation N are suitable for any type of connection with TEBEA® Balcony Connectors, without any ability to transfer forces. TEBEA® Balcony Connector Type N is a spacer that can be placed in the positions, where the load-bearing function of the connection is not required. Type N is produced with standard length 1 m. It can be cut at building site to required length to fill gap between TEBEA® load-bearing elements. Type N must be always placed at the same line as the load-bearing elements.
