The typical residential floor plan ranges from one bedroom to two bedrooms, ranging in size from 875 square feet to more than 1,400 square feet.
The building offers an open-air roof deck with a Jacuzzi, a fitness center with a sauna and a steam room, a pet spa, a communal lounge, and a coworking space for residents. A wide range of features are designed to provide residents with a comfortable and convenient lifestyle.
DELTABEAM® was the ideal solution for the building’s design needs. With a load of 350 PSF, headroom became a significant issue. DELTABEAM® effectively addressed this challenge, providing the necessary structural support while maximizing headroom, thanks to its ability to create a slim floor.
Blue Communities is the project's developer, and BLD Architecture (formerly Baldassano Architecture) is the architect of the building. The structural engineering of the project was handled by JT Engineering, while Construction Pros took on the role of general contractor and erector. Bailey Metal Products Limited provided the long span metal deck.
The project is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2024.
