Peikko Group’s Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders appointed Anu Ahola as the Non-Executive Chair of the Board of Directors starting 1st of January 2024. Anu Ahola has been a member of Peikko’s Board of Directors since 2020 and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Operations, UPM Communication Papers.
The previous Chair, Philippe Jost, Regional Manager Asia/Pacific and a member of the Group Management at Sika Group, will continue his role as a Board member of Peikko Group. Additionally, all other Board members will remain unchanged: Morten la Cour Ørnstrand-Soborg, Managing Director of Knauf Denmark; Liina Jukko, a PhD student in theoretical cosmology at King's College London, in the United Kingdom; Karen Scrivener, Professor and Director of the Laboratory of Construction Materials in the Department of Materials of EPFL (Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne); and Teppo Voutilainen, Vice President, Strategy, Transformation, Marketing, Europe Area at KONE Corporation.
