Technical Manager - Middle East

This position will involve supervising activities, in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia guaranteeing notch engineering quality, customer satisfaction and company growth. 

Your key responsibilities include: 

• Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team of structural engineers, draftsmen, and project coordinators. 
• Lead and manage technical operations across the UAE and KSA. 
• Develop and implement technical strategies to support business growth and customer needs. 
• Provide expert technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring the successful delivery of projects. 
• Coordinate with internal teams to optimize product performance and service delivery. 
• Maintain and enhance relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and industry partners. 
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. 
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and innovation. 

As for competencies, skills, and experience, we're looking for someone with: 

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering, or a related technical field 
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing structural engineering role,  
• At least 2 years in similar role 
• Deep technical expertise in structural design, analysis, and project management 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams. 
• Proficiency in structural analysis software, ETABS, SAFE, IDEA STATICA  
• Excellent spoken and written language capabilities in English. 
• Willingness to adapt to different culture.
