Senior Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager for NPP projects in Northern France.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Manage projects with external and internal stakeholders
• Link between customer, site and production. Communication with the customer (general program and operational issues, problem solving, etc.)
• Coordinate and execute Internal and External project related communication. Participate in Customer’s initiated meetings and communicate agreed actions and/or changes in relation to project execution
• Participate and organize deliveries’ schedule creation as well as follow-up on a regular basis (on Time Deliveries follow-up) together with Peikko factories
• Coordinate project organization inside Peikko and execute needed changes in order to keep OTIF as well as project profitability
• Follow up the project’s KPI’s. Report Project performance and profitability to Group Management Team at least quarterly, risks & opportunities
• Work mainly at the construction site and from your homeoffice in Normandie / North of Île de France

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Project management in construction
• Degree (BAC+5) or equivalent
• experience of 5+ years in construction, ideally including on site
• Proficiency written and verbal French + English
• Excellent communicator, strong focus on organization and planning, responsibility and independent
• Experience working in international matrix organizations
• Sales orientation, cross selling attitude
• Ability to travel, including long stay business trips (few weeks)
• Mastery of Document management, i. e, IT Tools (ERP, CRM, Filesystems), Document control, Q-control
