And like Toblerone, we also want to make sure that people know what they’re going to get, when they decide to go with DELTABEAM®. To ensure that this happens, we have acquired a 3D Trademark for DELTABEAM®.
3D Trademark for DELTABEAM® protects Peikko’s rights to the DELTABEAM® 3D shape in 28 EU member states and prevents it from being copied by competitors and counterfeiters. Even though imitation is the highest form of flattery, we want that our customers can trust the quality and safety of the frame components they’re using.
In early 2019, we started the process to obtain and achieve EUIPO 3D Trademark status for DELTABEAM®, with its distinctive three-dimensional shape and long, proven history. Our customers know exactly what they are getting with DELTABEAM®, which now has full 3D Trademark protection.
Since first producing its pioneering and game-changing composite beam in September 1989, Peikko has used DELTABEAM® in more than 15,000 successful projects worldwide.
